So many unanswered questions, so many possible solutions. My desire for knowledge feels gipped, but overall, I think I'm satisfied by the ending.

Damned if anyone knows what the answers are or what might have happened, but I didn't expect that last comic to really be the end-end, instead of a foreshadow that hooks you in and then goes beyond.

Did any of those unanswered questions matter, I wonder, in the end? Perhaps there is something more to the story than Bman lets on. Perhaps there is something we just don't know, and we'll all figure out later. Perhaps this ending wasn't really a tragedy, but something...different. There is always a certain beauty in endings, some intangible satisfaction that comes with the completion of any story, experience, or life.

Maybe it's just me, but despite my curiosity of what might have happened, or how the various elements of the story were explained or left to our imaginations, I still believe that this story, this novel had an conclusion far more satisfying than any other.

Sad? Yes. A tragedy? Perhaps, but in the end, it was a magnificent idea that was transformed into an even better graphic novel. It was one that managed to come full circle, to show as much skill and thought as it had showed from the very beginning, and still manage to improve and reinvent itself into a greater and greater work.

It didn't spoon feed explanations, and it didn't force us to imagine the story only one way, like so many others. Even the very fact that Bman continued the story till the end shows just how much care went into it, and makes the ending a beauty to behold, regardless of what anyone thinks should have happened.

My logic isn't always good, I wasn't here at the comics start, only a few people will probably read this, I never posted much, and I'm pretty sure I didn't get my point across even after all that, but this is the only comic I've ever bothered to post on, let alone this much, and for all my words, I just wanted to say:

Bman, if you're still alive and on the forums from time to time,

Thanks for the great story and artwork,

Curse you and your skills for making me take what time it did to write this post,

Whatever you do from here on out, I wish the best of luck to you, and remember: enjoy it, or something,

Later and Have a Good One,

So There.

I'm pretty sure I've got seniority on you two anyway.   Wink

yes, you do. but so that there won't be any misunderstandings, we would done it, if we'd come befoe you.
therefor, only logical conclussion is, that your "seniorits" isn't worth a ***

Yeah, that was more of an after the fact justification than a logical reason.   Tongue

That is brilliant Bean. Thank you.

Ah well, what can I say.  I stole it from somewhere of course, but I'll still take credit.

It's been a while since I've posted, but I felt the need to say something here.

Bman, you've done an excellent job. You've given us all an awesome story over the last four years, even though you started to hate it towards the end. I may have mostly dropped out of the forums, along with several other people over the years, but I have faithfully followed your story and I've looked forward to the next comic every week (and several times a week at one point). I think it's safe to say that most of the others have done the same. I was a bit upset to have missed being able to see the ending sooner (my internet went AWOL a few weeks ago), but I think it was a perfect end to your story. Yeah, it's a tragedy, but I think we were all expecting that.

Thank you for having added something to enjoy to the world.

Oh, and I to want it in published form. Or, at the very least, in a zip file so that I can print a copy without having to download 410 files individually.

I was just kindly informed by Ad Infinitum that there's a page missing in my archive. it's page 189, Diplomacy (di*plo*ma*cy), n. Tact and skill in dealing with people.
so, download it yourself. as for further downloads, I already added it to my archive, so any future downloads will be complete.

-at least hopes so

Thank you, if there are no more suggestions or hints I'll be starting it by or before the end of the week, it just depends on how long it takes for me to get a workable version of the other suggested song so I can listen to it, not just read the lyrics.

Thanks for the suggestion too, I was worried I'd be completely left alone on this one.

15 minutes ago someone tried downloading pictures from me, but failed since I was sleeping and my PC was off. now, it is on, and it will stay on for quite a few hours.
so, you, who tired and failed, try again. you should not fail again.

-sincerely apologizes for any inconveniences Tongue

"Be my savior
And I'll be your downfall"
Full lyrics

Downfall by Matchbox 20.  Say what you will about the band, but most of the lyrics match and there's a nice balance between uptempo and down.  You might also twist it at the end, with Treska being Mika's downfall...
